LANCASTER COUNTY AND THE AMISH– Travel to Lancaster and see the Amish who still live a “plain” lifestyle and farm the land without any modern conveniences. Visit an actual Amish homestead, then travel past picturesque farms to a restaurant serving traditional Pennsylvania Dutch food. After lunch there’s plenty of time to shop and load up on all kinds of bargains.
